Who we lease to

Built for crews, not for tourists.

We provide all-inclusive yurts for construction and engineering companies bidding for work between Valdez and Glennallen, the next town from Valdez toward Anchorage. Yurts are leased to the company, by the crew, for the length of the job. Minimum crew size and minimum stay may apply.

If your bid depends on knowing where your people will sleep and eat, call us before you price the job. We will confirm availability and terms in writing.

The yurts

Everyone sleeps in a heated yurt. Every yurt has its own bathroom.

Accommodation here is entirely in insulated, heated yurts — timber-framed, sleeping one or two, each with a Tempur-Pedic queen bed and its own private bathroom. Doubles have two bathrooms, so two people sharing never wait on each other at five in the morning. Gym, living rooms with TV and wifi across the premises.
